A Bit About Us

Lee is a mother of four that has relocated to the Sunshine Coast from Adelaide. As the founder of Plan For Me she started with a vision to create a Plan Management service for NDIS Participants that stood out from the crowd.

She is now leading the way in a new, more personalised approach to Plan Management for NDIS participants. Having years of experience in the Allied Health industry and Not For Profit business sector, Lee began Plan Management with one of the largest Disability Organisations in Australia.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why use Plan Management?

A plan manager gives you total control over your NDIS service providers, unlike agency management, where you are restricted to registered providers. Our fees are paid separately by the NDIS and do not come out of your support budgets it is like having your own personal bookkeeper that assists you.

Does Plan Management Cost me anything?

Being plan managed costs you nothing. When your plan includes Improved Life Choices, the NDIA completely covers our fees.

How do I get plan management funding?

At your planning meeting you can tell NDIS staff that you would like a plan manager to support you. The NDIS will include funding in your plan to pay for your plan manager. This is separate from your other services and supports in your budget. If you are mid-plan and want to change, you can call the NDIS on 1800 800 110 to discuss how you can include plan management in your plan.
